Fiberglass Wool Insulation Material
Owing to our excellent glass wool 's good performance, e.g., thin and long inner fiber, low thermal conductivity, it can stop air flowing and heat transforming. 
Meanwhile, it can quickly reduce the transportation of sound to make effects of insulation and sound absorbtion.
It was the best material used for the insulation and sound absorption of steel structures.
They are widely used in industrial plants, warehouse, public, facilities exhibition centre's, shopping centers, cold shores and a variety of indoor playgrounds, sports grounds and other buildings.
Meanwhile, they have effect of energy-saving insulation, sound-controlling and improving the indoor air quality.

Glass wool is made from silica sand to which recycled glass (cullet) and fluxing agents are added.
The material is melted to a high temperature in an electric furnace and then conditioned in a gasified forehearth.
The fiber is formed by centrifugation through drilled circular baskets, where after, binding products and elements specific to the usage are added.
The fiber are gathered in a mat for in a collection chamber and then conveyed to an oven where it is cured under controlled conditions to the required thickness and density.
